Campaign Stuck in "In Progress" Status and Not Sending Emails

I created a new email campaign, but the campaign has remained in the "In Progress" state for an extended period without sending any emails. I’ve waited several hours, yet no progress or activity has been initiated.


And configured the settings to run throughout the week (all days enabled) However, the campaign remains stuck in the "In Progress" state for an extended period, and no emails are being sent.
