Hello Frostbite Team,

For the past few weeks, I've been unable to log into the Frostbite dashboard. Every time I attempt to log in, I receive the error: "Something went wrong."
I also tried contacting support via email, but the email bounced back. This issue is urgent because we actively use your system and need to make important updates to our campaign.
Could you please look into this issue or provide guidance on how to resolve it?
