Cannot login "Something Went Wrong"

For about week now I cannot access the dashboard and “something went wrong” error appears whenever I tried to login. Tried to contact support and mails getting rejected as well. I tried to write to support from different emails addresses, all emails getting rejected.

Appreciate help and guidance.
