Can't add outlook mailboxes

The issue I'm experiencing is that I'm trying to add Outlook mailboxes but it says I need admin permission. But I login with my admin account and it then gets back to the same screen saying I need permission.

How to fix this?

P.S. It seems the support chat has nobody answering and when I email support email my mail bounces. Is this project still active?
