Only email reply rate can't be a credible parameter to measure a campaign's overall status. There are plenty of metrics required to analyze a campaign properly. So I feel
1. Email open rates
2. Link click rates
should be included in the campaign analytics as soon as possible. Also, the should be detailed information about which contact has opened or clicked a link inside the mail.
