Support for Custom Domain Sending (Eliminate Outlook Proxy Tag)

Hi Frostbite Team,

I’m using Frostbite.ai for cold outreach and sending from a domain-specific email address (name@acuvity.com). However, recipients are seeing warnings like:

“We can’t verify that this email came from the sender, so it might not be safe to respond to it.”

and

“Some content has been blocked because the sender isn’t in your Safe senders list.”

Additionally, the sender line in Outlook shows up as:

Venkat Avasarala <outlook_6874B91B463DBB3F@outlook.com> on behalf of Venkat Avasarala <venkat@acuvity.com>

This “on behalf of” label makes the email look unverified or suspicious — which can really hurt deliverability and open rates.

Request / Question:

How can I configure Frostbite.ai so that:

1. The email shows as sent directly from my domain (e.g., venkat@acuvity.com) — without the “on behalf of Outlook” tag.

2. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are properly authenticated for my domain, ensuring Outlook and Gmail mark it as a verified sender.

I already use a domain-specific email and would like Frostbite to send via my authenticated domain rather than through an Outlook proxy.
