Why nobody on the support service is answering??
I emailed the team trying to fix an issue while logging in and adding emails, but when I send an email to the support@frostbite.ai, I get get an mail delivery failure message saying "anastasiia.boiko@folderly.com" mailbox has rejected your email due to security policy! Is this platform still has people or not?
Can't add email address using Google to start campaign

Subject: CSV Import Issue Feedback
Hello Frostbite.ai team, When I use Add Contacts → Select CSV file, only one email is imported, even though my CSV has 20 emails. File is CSV, all emails valid, each on a separate row. Please advise if a specific format is required or help fix this. Thanks, Ahmed
Email Frequency and Variable
The product is good and user-friendly. I have been using it for the past 10–15 days. I wanted to check if we can introduce a feature to set the frequency of email sends per hour, similar to how it works in GMass. Additionally, can we add more variables to enable highly customized email templates? Could you also please share the daily email sending limits and the monthly data management limits? I would like to understand these constraints better.

Support for Custom Domain Sending (Eliminate Outlook Proxy Tag)
Hi Frostbite Team, I’m using Frostbite.ai for cold outreach and sending from a domain-specific email address (name@acuvity.com). However, recipients are seeing warnings like: “We can’t verify that this email came from the sender, so it might not be safe to respond to it.” and “Some content has been blocked because the sender isn’t in your Safe senders list.” Additionally, the sender line in Outlook shows up as: Venkat Avasarala outlook_6874B91B463DBB3F@outlook.com on behalf of Venkat Avasarala venkat@acuvity.com This “on behalf of” label makes the email look unverified or suspicious — which can really hurt deliverability and open rates. Request / Question: How can I configure Frostbite.ai so that: The email shows as sent directly from my domain (e.g., venkat@acuvity.com) — without the “on behalf of Outlook” tag. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are properly authenticated for my domain, ensuring Outlook and Gmail mark it as a verified sender. I already use a domain-specific email and would like Frostbite to send via my authenticated domain rather than through an Outlook proxy.
Custom Send Dates
I am creating my initial campaign and am noticing I cannot choose what day of the week I would like the campaign to start on. I would recommend an option that allows the user to select the specific date they would like their campaign to begin and then Frostbite follows the standard sending protocols (i.e. segmenting how many emails are sent, the time between messages, etc). Other than that, the platform seems like it will fit our needs.
No custome email boxes option
For Cold emails custom domains perform well than regular free emails i sgn up with the intention of connecting my custom domain but it has not this feature unfortunately.

I try to sign up with google but i does not work it shows syntax error then try with email password it works.
