Why nobody on the support service is answering??

I emailed the team trying to fix an issue while logging in and adding emails, but when I send an email to the support@frostbite.ai, I get get an mail delivery failure message saying "anastasiia.boiko@folderly.com" mailbox has rejected your email due to security policy!

Is this platform still has people or not?
